  1. Open the document.
  2. Select the "TEXT" tool from the tool bar at the top:
  3. Highlight the text you wish to copy.
  4. RIGHT-click on the highlighted text. Click "Copy" on the dialog box that opens:
  5. The text is now in Windows clipboard. You can paste it into your lesson plan document.
